Former Latino artist Pirate Ruff Ryders, jumps back in the game with local Tampa talent — Ape Gang Entertainment

Coming off of a decades-long hiatus, the New York City native, Pirate Ruff Ryders, (left) https://www.discogs.com/artist/343411-Pirate-3 who now lives in Tampa Bay, has been active the past 3 years or so, working on a documentary, book and play. Back in 2020, he partnered up with award-winning actor and star of HBO’s hit series Euphoria — Meeko Gattuso, who played the character Mouse, and with two others, to dramatize a play about their troubled past and prison experiences, titled Feel My Pain. https://thetanknyc.org/calendar-1/feelmypain Recently, after relocating back to Florida he has met and joined forces with local C.E.O. of independent music label — Ape Gang Entertainment — Francisco “Cisco” Cintron, (who by the way shares the same surname as Alejandro “Pirata” Cintron, professionally known as Pirate Ruff Ryders) and together they have seemingly forged a bond and mapped out a vision to get their assembly of young rap artists from behind the Ape Gang gates and onto the world-stage.
